    Monterra is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup helping EV charging installers design, plan, and sell projects faster. Swift deployment of charging infrastructure is critical to electrifying and decarbonizing transportation.

    Contractors and developers play a central role in this, and we help them work faster, deploy more chargers, grow sales & expand margins.

    Our vision is to bring AI and automation into every aspect of electrical work and enable the builders of a cleaner, electrified future.

    Monterra is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join us "on the ground floor" and play a foundational role in our product journey.

    Who you are
    Requirements
    2+ years of experience as a full stack engineer building user-facing products
    Proficiency in Javascript and or similar framework
    Self-driven & comfortable with ambiguity - able to plan, sequence, and execute projects
    Strong communication skills
    Bay Area-based & excited about working in-person 2-3 days per week in SF
    Nice-to-haves
    Experience at a startup
    Electrical engineering domain knowledge
    Familiarity with electrical trades or construction industries
    Experience with Mapbox, GIS, or other geospatial tools
    Experience and/or interest in building AI applications
