    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy in Rossville. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create comprehensive treatment plans to address their rehabilitation needs.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination of care.
    • Administer various tests and measures to evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    • Develop and implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient data, including daily notes, reassessments, and discharge plans.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
    • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
    • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
    • Valid CPR certification.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong clinical decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
