Job summary
The candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of Food & Beverage categories and their associated licensees. They must have licensing and food & beverage experience.Responsibilities include relationship management, line planning distribution sales performance negotiation strategic high-value partnerships steer licensee performance meet business objectives leverage analytical financial skills assess market/category performance consumer trends whitespace opportunities emerging category insights.
Requirements include 7+ years of experience in outbound licensing within the food & beverage space proven experience working with reputable food and beverage brands demonstrated ability to build category plans drive programs from concept to execution established network contacts across the licensing ecosystem strong understanding of the licensing lifecycle from IP ideation through product development retail execution consumer experience experience partnering with Brand Management Product Development/Creative Retail teams Consumer Insights.
