    Full Time weekend position dispatching service technicians.

    Responsibilities:

    Efficiently manage and dispatch a team of plumbing technicians to various job sites.

    Receive and process incoming service calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service.

    Schedule appointments and allocate resources to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.

    Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including details of customer inquiries, appointments, and technician assignments.

    Collaborate with technicians to prioritize tasks and ensure effective time management.

    Communicate with customers regarding service updates, delays, and any other relevant information.

    Monitor and update job statuses to keep customers and management informed.

    Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Utilize software and technology tools effectively to manage and track dispatch activities.

    Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus.

    Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably within the plumbing or home services industry.

    Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficient in using dispatching software and technology tools.

    Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to make quick decisions.

    Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

    Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
