- Base Salary - $235,000 -$255,000 (based on years of experience)
- Value Based Incentive - up to $10,000 annually
- Sign On and Relocation Bonus - $40,000
- Retention Incentive - $10,000 annually
- Loan Repayment - $30,000
- Extra shift rate paid at 50% premium
- Shift-based schedule

- License as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Washington State
- Board eligibility or board certification by the NBCRNA, or equivalent
