- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development and integration of speech therapy goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Participate in educational meetings and provide insights on the communicative needs of students.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current licensure as an SLP in Illinois.
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with students and colleagues.
