This is a first shift, 8 am - 4:30 pm, and ideal for candidates who are eager to learn from the existing team.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a self-motivated employee who is eager to learn and grow with our team. This is a perfect environment to grow your career in a thriving industry.
General interior maintenance and light drywall/ carpentry tasks.
Basic plumbing skills, sink, faucet, toilet repair, etc.
Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment and/or as directed.


Requirements:
High school diploma
Customer Service skills
Interpersonal skills
Legible handwriting
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Working from heights.
Experience using power tools - electric or pneumatic drivers, wrenches, saws, etc.
Material handling equipment (MHE) operation - pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Preferred

A minimum of 1 year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
