- Perform automatic payment setup: add, change or deletes.
- Perform sweep setup: change and deletes.
- Process red flag alerts as directed by lending.
- Establish tracking codes for news accounts:
- collateral
- commitment expirations
- UCC renewals
- manual deposit holds
- Process HELOC requests: stop payments and check requests.
- Process mail payments, internal transactions, interoffice mail transactions, and general ledger entries.
- Process fee assessments and waivers.
- Provide support to peers in Loan Operations.
- Perform teller and core balancing, including Loan Control offsets.
- Perform branch balancing when assigned.
- Participate in team projects.
