Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a workplace well-being provider experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor near Meridian, ID. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing individual counseling and coaching support in a corporate environment.

Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location: Near Meridian, ID

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Duties:

• Designing and delivering workshops/training aligned with the annual resiliency program
• Facilitating group interventions including peer group support sessions and creative therapies such as art therapy, therapeutic journaling, etc.
• Working closely with your Lead Wellbeing Specialist and the Trust & Safety Wellbeing Manager to share qualitative insights about factors impacting employee well-being.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Qualifications:

• Masters level Counselling and/or Psychotherapy.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC), etc.
• 3 Years of practical experience preferred
