    What you will be doing

    The Pricing Analyst will provide quantitative rationale and assessment for Oncology Supply's daily pricing management.

    Leverage data and analytics to verify, validate and ensure alignment to contracted commitments; assess bids and analyze impacts; and build and maintain tools and processes to monitor and improve pricing processes.

    The Pricing Analyst will actively participate in the development pricing strategy recommendations in future contract development, as well as implementation.

    Responsible for providing analytical support for customer pricing offers.

    Performs monthly and quarterly detailed analysis of transaction level data; assisting in the construction and implementation of solutions that drive pricing optimization.

    Actively participates in the development of customer pricing strategies.

    Collaborates to ensure timely and effective on-boarding, set-up and maintenance of required pricing rules and conditions in consistent alignment with Oncology Supply contracts.

    Develops and manages tools to facilitate pricing tactical execution and measure effectiveness to defined goals / objectives.
    Participates in quantification and impact analysis of existing or proposed pricing policies and procedures.
    Owns and supports initiatives geared toward streamlining current processes, creating new processes and using new technologies and systems.
    Proactively develops new reporting tools and analytics to support business unit initiatives
    Recommends and implements enhancements to methodologies and procedures to improve reporting and analysis
    Performs related duties as assigned.
    What your background should look like


    Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, finance, pricing, marketing, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, strategy, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

    Prefer 1 years' experience in analytics and project/process management.

    Sound expertise in financial / mathematical / statistical modeling and analysis
    Proven ability to work analytically; synthesizing vast data into relevant, actionable information
    Ability to implement and manage projects / processes aimed at driving simplification, standardization, or adherence to policy
    Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    Ability to work independently with limited supervision
    Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
    Proven ability to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    Very strong organizational and time management skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Excellent training skills
    Excellent project management skills; establishing and keeping deadlines
    Excellent analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
    Good presentation skills
    Experience with Tableau and Power BI preferred
    Fluency in Microsoft Suite applications especially Excel (performing Macros and Power Query)
