Develop, coordinate, and administer contracts for products and/or services for one or more defined operating entities within the

Working Conditions
Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. Fast-paced office environment. May work some evenings and/or weekends.

is a distributed institution, which requires presence at multiple locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Work is performed primarily in a general office environment across the Rio Grande Valley.

Must possess knowledge and thorough understanding of principles of general procurement practices, Uniform Commercial Code, and overall sound business practices.
Familiarity with applicable state and federal laws and regulations regarding commercial contracts. Ability to analyze information, situations, problems, policies and procedures, formulate logical and objective conclusions from facts/situations/data/observations. Ability to work cooperatively in an effective manner with a diverse group of people while exercising diplomacy and confidentiality. Must be able to multi-task priorities and projects in order to meet deadlines.
