Description

Essential Functions:
Determines suitability of customers' impressions.
Selects appropriate manufacturing settings for the each product/case.
Utilizes designated system and software to scan impressions.
Scans impressions.
Cleans, smooths, and trims digital models.
Aligns natural bite asPerforms quality control checks on scans using CAD/CAM programs.
Forwards accurately completed scans and designs to various customer endpoints.
Tests CT software and hardware; validates or calibrates system or equipment as needed.

Logs CT hardware usage and calibration tasks accurately and on timeFollows pre-established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Provides administrative support such as scanning in new inbound shipments to create an order, distributing orders to appropriate work stations, and scanning cases into system.

Performs the storage application process at the end of the conveyor.
Discards old orders per customer requirements.
Assists in various tasks relating to the CT scan process.
Uploads files as requiredPerforms other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.


Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior dental work/lab experience or background, a plus.
Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus.
Previous experience in gaming or the use of social media platforms, a plus.


Pay Range:
