    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the operational aspects of the department, including personnel, processes, and equipment, to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
    • Manage production supervisors and operators, ensuring all production equipment runs efficiently.
    • Lead safety initiatives, training programs, and performance evaluations across the division.
    • Expertise in blown film processes, troubleshooting, and equipment management is essential.
    • Monitor production quality continuously, making decisions to maintain high production rates and quality standards efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and procedures.
    • Collaborate closely with scheduling and maintenance teams to optimize production schedules and equipment installation.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production.
    • Proficient in computer applications.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with Plastic Extrusion mandatory.
    • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
    • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
    • This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining safety and environmental health standards in compliance with local and national regulations.
