- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide wound care treatments including debridement, dressings, and patient education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
- New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to the wound care specialty.
