    Operations Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide administrative support to our Property Management and Brokerage Departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and tenants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate communications between tenants, vendors, and our accounting and property management teams.
    • Review Leases to answer tenant questions.
    • Work independently and collaboratively on special projects.
    • Assist with opening, closing, and possession notices.
    • Distribute monthly and quarterly reports.
    • Support ongoing operations by ordering supplies, assisting with company systems, coordinating licenses, tracking continuing education hours, preparing welcome packages, and updating company listings.

    Requirements:

    • Administrative experience in a professional setting.
    • Strong customer service skills with ability to manage requests professionally and efficiently.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and personal initiative.
    • Self-sufficiency and ability to operate independently.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Yardi.
