The Subcontracts Administrator (SCA) will have a working knowledge of Government contracting practices and be required to apply analytical skills to gather information, discern best value, develop acquisition strategies, and systematically document all phases of a negotiated action.Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Business or Finance and 4 years of experience ,
- Master of Science/Arts degree and 2 years of experience ,
- or 2 to 4 years' experience related to subcontracting can be substituted for Bachelor of Science/Arts degree.
