    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school's team. As an RBT in our educational setting, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.

    Job Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/ GED required.
    • Must have RBT certification obtained through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting preferred.
    • Strong understanding of behavior principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
    • Excellent munication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
