    **Customer Support Representative**

    Woodbridge, ON - Hybrid

    We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (CSR) who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and who will maintain and increase industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. You will liaise with your team to resolver customer inquiries (via phone, chat and email channels) and you will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely issue resolution.

    **Qualifications:**

    Previous experience in a customer service role

    Must be bilingual and be proficient in either English and French or English and Spanish

    Experience in project management and/or sales roles

    Exceptional client service mentality

    Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

    Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment

    Familiarity with Zendesk is an asset

    Minimum one year experience preferred

    Experience in warehouse operations is highly valued
