    Job Overview:

    As a key member of the team, you will collaborate on crafting, implementing, and leading comprehensive benefits programs for employees across the United States, Canada, and Latin America

    Your role will be pivotal in improving employee well-being, driving engagement, and guaranteeing adherence with local regulations

    Reporting directly to the Director of Benefits, you will work closely on implementing strategic plans, analyzing benefits data, and supporting the overall benefits strategy of the organization, including oversight of health and welfare programs as well as 401(k) administration.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive and implement strategic plans for benefits programs, aligning with company objectives and employee needs.
    • Run and administer all aspects of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans.
    • Optimize vendor relationships and ensure efficient delivery of benefits services.
    • Stay ahead of legislative changes and regulatory requirements in the Americas region, maintaining compliance with local laws.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate benefits offerings, educate employees, and address inquiries.
    • Analyze benefits utilization data, trends, and feedback to continuously improve program efficiency and employee engagement.
    • Lead open enrollment processes, including plan design, communication, enrollment, and employee support.
    • We provide direction and support to HR Business Partners and managers on benefits-related matters.
    • Implement communication strategies to promote benefits awareness and engagement among employees.
    • Facilitate the integration of benefits programs during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring successful transitions
    • Drive initiatives to promote wellness, diversity, equity, and belonging within the benefits framework. Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
      • Proven track record in benefits management, preferably in a multinational organization.
      • Deep understanding of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and standard processes in the Americas region.
      • Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships and influence partners at all levels.
      • Demonstrable track record of project management, vendor management, and successful implementation of benefits programs.
      • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, leading multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other relevant certifications preferred. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese

        Compensation/Benefits Information ( New York applicants only ):

        LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $109,800 - $204,000.

        Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
