Maintenance Technician

Macomb, MI Company is a CNC machining facility
2nd Shift: 4pm-3:30am
Pay rate: Up to $18/hr


Description:Complete preventative maintenance per schedule or as assigned on CNC Lathes/Mills, general machines and Hobbers/Shapers.

Monitor coolant system and documentation as requiredClean and repair chip conveyorsResponsible for lube oil and grease for production cellsHousekeeping of Chemical Storage areaGeneral building and Janitorial maintenance Responsible to monitor and maintain records for recycling effortsAssist Maintenance Technicians in completing tasksOngoing training with Maintenance Tech's to improve skills in hydraulics/pneumaticsAssist or back-up Janitorial staff as needed.

Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)

Requirements:Experience in Machine/Building Maintenance1-2 years experience as Machine Operator
