Staff Physician/ Family Medicine:
Community Healthcare Network, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens.
Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually.
We are seeking a Staff Physician/ Family Medicine for our Williamsburg Health Center located at 94-98 Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11206.
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S.
License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
