- Prepare staff schedules and ensure the store is staffed properly for all shifts. An understanding that a GM is on-call and will be required to "cover" if a shift is understaffed or an unforeseen situation arises.
- Assembling, decorating and packaging all ice cream cakes
- Creating and pricing custom ice cream cakes
- Adhere to all company policies, operate within all food cost and labor targets, understand and execute onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Familiarity with Employment Practices that create an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Timely filling of all in-store & catering orders
- Organizing and managing all inventory
- Communicate with production team on product and flavor needs

- Management Experience in Ice Cream or Dessert preparation or experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or Barista

Nuggs Ice Cream is a family owned Ice Cream Shop located in the Park Hill Neighborhood in Denver. At Nuggs we make all of our ice cream is in-house daily using only the freshest of ingredients, many of which are sourced here in Colorado. Nuggs specializes in both classic and seasonal ice creams with a large variety of styles and flavors. We feature made from scratch waffle cones, shakes, malts, and of course Homemade Ice Cream Cakes. Our goal at Nuggs Ice Cream is to provide every customer with a delicious scoop and a smile.
We are looking for a leader who demonstrates both superior customer service and a passion for serving the best ice cream to our amazing Denver community. We are searching for an outgoing, friendly, responsible and personable individual that loves the task of pleasing people. The ideal candidate is organized with a keen eye for detail. This individual must possess strong time management skills and be able to thrive in an extremely high-paced and busy environment. Must be comfortable and confident in leading and managing a young team of 10-20 employees. Must be reliable, accountable and able to address conflict. Must have experience in hiring, training and supervising staff. You'll be responsible for all product ordering, inventory control, cost tracking, labor management and P&L management.
