    Nous cherchons pour le compte d'un groupe international leader dans la grande distribution, à Casablanca un Directeur Category Management, afin de garantir la définition de la stratégie commerciale et piloter son déploiement; conformément à la stratégie de développement du Groupe.

    ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES :

    Assortiments :

    • Garantir la définition des assortiments par cluster et par BU (matrice d'affectation) & leur bonne exécution (logiques l'implantation, planogrammes)
    • Piloter le comité de référencement
    • Piloter la performance des assortiments
    • Piloter les revues annuelles d'assortiment
    • Piloter la construction et la pérennité de l'assortiment CDCI & E-Commerce

    Développement du partenariat fournisseurs :

    • Assurer une relation constructive avec les fournisseurs partenaires afin de développer la croissance des catégories (sous la forme de revues catégorielles ou de business review)

    Management :

    • Animer le fonctionnement du category management
    • Définir les objectifs de ses collaborateurs et en assurer le suivi
    • Développer et évaluer ses collaborateurs

    Plan d'action stratégique des catégories :

    • Définir et proposer le plan stratégique des catégories
    • Valider le plan annuel des catégories prioritaires
    • Garantir l'exécution du plan annuel
    • Piloter la performance du plan annuel

    Projets transverses : Participer aux projets inter-direction

    Promotion :

    • Proposer et définir les sous famille qui vont figurer sur le dépliant
    • Analyser les performances des opérations d'animations et proposer des actions correctives le cas échéant

    Profil recherché:

    • Diplômé de grandes écoles
    • Expérience dans des multinationales de référence
