- Attending all department meetings
- Learning the WRH sales process
- Observing the sales process by shadowing Sales Counselors, attending new Prospect appointments, phone call, and email follow-ups
- Understanding the customer experience
- Developing professional and personalized relationships with broker community and master plan developer liaisons
- Learning Sales administrative functions and expectations
- Learning WRH product positioning and USPs
- Learning how to use the WRH sales software and programs
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Two (2) years prior experience in Sales or equivalent experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office, familiarity with social media and modern digital outreach programs.
- Familiarity with new-home construction or Real Estate
- Minimal travel required.
- Employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with insurance coverage.
- Employee must have a cell phone with data package.
