Job DescriptionJob Description:

We are searching for a diligent and skilled forklift operator and material handler. This role will involve the building out of pallets for canned dry goods to be shipped from our large distribution center. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and building out pallets according to client orders, destined for grocery stores and retailers. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced production environment, moving from one location to the next, building customized pallets as per client orders. The individual will be guided by a headset, which gives instructions on what to pick and where to go within the warehouse.

Hard Skills:

6 months to 1 year of forklift experience preferred
Ability to be trained on a stand-up forklift
Ability to lift 45-60 lbs

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Eldridge, Iowa.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a large, climate-controlled distribution center that is very clean and organized.
