NexRev is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing efficient inventory management practices.

NexRev is headquartered in Plano, TX. We are looking for applicants that reside in the DFW area.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software

· Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations

· Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

· Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory management processes

· Coordinate with purchasing, fabrication, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow

· Analyze inventory data and generate reports to track inventory performance and identify areas for improvement

· Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs

· Create and enter new inventory items into management software

· Enter received items (purchase orders) into the management system with high accuracy

· Perform inventory adjustments and truck transfers as needed

· Create Vendor RMA's and Process Returns

· Quarterly review of inventory costs

· Work with the RFSmart system

Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred but not required)

· 2+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field

· Proficiency in NetSuite preferred

· Strong analytic and problem solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
