Description

Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will manage key client projects and accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. You will be involved in the entire project development and delivery process. You must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States to be considered.

Responsibilities:
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple disciplines are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

Communicate with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering
3+ years of experience in Engineering Management
Proficient with Microsoft Project or ERP software
PE license and/or PMP Certification

Shift Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay and Wages:
$75,000 - $90,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
