    JOB SUMMARY
    Responsible for producing financials to help the company's long-term financial health and growth, specifically for leading financial planning, overseeing use of resources, steering strategic, long-term decision-making, managing risk, and maximizing value for the organization through collaboration with the business leaders.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES


    • Own and steer multi-year financial forecast model for long-range planning, annual budgeting, monthly
    forecasting, strategic initiatives, intra-month sales projection (flash), and Senior Leadership Team presentations, including preparing and delivering monthly financial package and quarterly Board of Directors' presentations

    • Serve as a company champion of new concepts and ideas, interacting extensively with Senior Leadership Team and requiring the ability to be successful in sensitive and difficult matters to influence key decision makers

    • Behave as culture ambassador by establishing trust-based interpersonal relationships throughout the organization to increase transparency, engagement, productivity, efficiency

    • Plan, direct, and host internal quarterly business reviews with goal of solution-seeking to improve results and
    capitalizing on in-person cross-collaboration

    • Examine M&A targets for strategic advantage, business feasibility, and financial return as necessary

    • Perform ROI analyses to ensure sound investment decisions and increase value of the company

    • Develop and manage internal company KPIs and operational dashboards for all functional departments, for the Senior Leadership Team, and for the Board of Directors

    • Analyze trends and monitor results to reduce financial risks and improve productivity & growth

    • Develop and continually improve automated reporting and create efficiencies surrounding existing manual
    reporting

    Healthcare and specifically DME experience is required

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    10+ years of progressive Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Corporate Finance
    BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline with record of strong achievement
    MBA preferred.
