If this is what you are looking for, then MC wants your unique and varied talents, your experiences, and your strong work ethic at our Scottsdale Corporate Office as a paid Marketing Intern.

    The Marketing Intern will apply studied principles to the life cycle of a campaign, developing it from conception through execution.This will be achieved, in a hands-on environment, using graphic design software to create visuals; meeting with teams; brainstorming, and delivering WOW to consumers.What a great way to spend the summer

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Creates engaging brand ads and places on various platforms.
    • Designs and creates print materials (flyers, collateral, and other advertising materials as needed).
    • Adheres to brand guidelines and completes projects based on timelines and/or deadlines.
    • Uses a wide range of graphic design software.
    • Receives feedback from the Marketing team and makes necessary changes.
    • Contributes to the team environment in an effort to accomplish the results needed.
    • Organizes and prioritizes daily tasks to ensure the appropriate level of urgency applies to all tasks; must be able to multitask.
    • Collaborates with other departments to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Communicates professionally through email and telephone. Must be able to return emails and calls within a timely manner.
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Meta Ad Platform. Instagram Ads.
