Job Details:

Work 12-hour shifts: 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Must be able to work various days of the week
Work every third weekend
Work minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
Must have experience caring for IMCU patients

Required certifications:
RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, ACLS

Associates degree in nursing or diploma in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Direct patient care experience preferred
Provide individualized, high-quality care to critically ill patients
Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
Partner with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Complete documentation and participate in bedside shift reports
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
Mentor and precept other nurses and healthcare staff
Must possess strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
Required to complete ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
