    We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team at Royalty Hospitality Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. You will work closely with the HR team, insurance providers, and employees to provide excellent customer service and support related to benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
    • Process and track benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication with employees regarding benefits programs
    • Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits
    • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claims and ensure accurate billing
    • Maintain accurate employee benefits records in the HRIS system
    • Stay up-to-date with changes to benefit regulations and requirements
    • Assist with benefits-related reporting and compliance activities
    • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefits programs and initiatives
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or related field
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
