- Setting up and operating CNC Mills on incredibly tight tolerances parts for the medical device market.
- Depending on the person's skill this individual will do a variety of long run production to mid-run setups on multiple machines, there is room for advancement if the candidates proves himself to move to more of the prototype work.
- Frequent in-process inspection with a variety of standard pieces of inspection equipment such as calibers, micrometers, and microscopes. Will have to deburr own parts under a microscope
- 4+ years on the job experience running CNC Mills or Swiss Machines
- 2+ years of setup experience doing basic setups, tool changes and offsets
- Seasoned traveler who has worked with per diem
