- Permanent Residency or US Citizenship.
- More than 15 years of overall manufacturing experience. Preferably in custom engineered industrial equipment or steel structures.
- At least 5 years' experience managing a manufacturing plant making complex custom machinery or structures like those in large factories, shipyards, oil refineries, steel plants, or subsea structures.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering or related course of study.
- Previous experience managing a P&L for a manufacturer with a workforce of hundreds.
- Stable and progressive career track with 15 years or more manufacturing industry experience.
