    A 1500-person high-frequency prop trading firm is looking to hire a Benefits Manager. They built a sophisticated hedging tool used to analyze markets, so they specialize in quant trading and investment strategies based on prop trading algorithms.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the benefits functions including vendor relationships, annual benefit renewals, enrollment process, employee and management communications
    • Lead research and analysis as it relates to benefit plans to assist in negotiations, plan design, offerings and benefits policy development
    • Work with vendors to develop a wellness strategy to educate and engage employees to be active participants in their health management
    • Conduct benefits orientations, seminars, and one-on-one meetings as needed, and train associates on the process
    • Manage the development and work of the Payroll and Benefits Associates in Americas and EMEA
    • Collaborate with HR on streamlining processes as it pertains to onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining the accuracy of data
    • Support the Payroll and Benefits team as needed by auditing the completed payroll and participating in quarterly cross-processing as part of the disaster recovery plan

    Qualifications

    • A bachelors degree in a related field, such as Human Resources
    • At least 4 years of HR experience in payroll and benefits
