- Manage the benefits functions including vendor relationships, annual benefit renewals, enrollment process, employee and management communications
- Lead research and analysis as it relates to benefit plans to assist in negotiations, plan design, offerings and benefits policy development
- Work with vendors to develop a wellness strategy to educate and engage employees to be active participants in their health management
- Conduct benefits orientations, seminars, and one-on-one meetings as needed, and train associates on the process
- Manage the development and work of the Payroll and Benefits Associates in Americas and EMEA
- Collaborate with HR on streamlining processes as it pertains to onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining the accuracy of data
- Support the Payroll and Benefits team as needed by auditing the completed payroll and participating in quarterly cross-processing as part of the disaster recovery plan
- A bachelors degree in a related field, such as Human Resources
- At least 4 years of HR experience in payroll and benefits
