    We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our growing business.

    In this pivotal role, you will ensure the fiscal health of our affiliate by leading finance-related activities for the region, including the US and Canada.

    Reporting to the President & CEO of North America you will be a key business partner with influence across business segments including the Commercial organization, Industrial Operations (Manufacturing) and Supply Chain.

    Responsibilities will include the full scope of Financial reporting, Accounting, FP&A and Risk activities, along with spearheading M&A activity, consulting on revenue and commercial tactics, and developing a solid team of functional experts.

    You will also lead the business technology direction (IT) and partner cross-functionally to hone our digital enablers and analytical capabilities.

    Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's hyper-growth objective, provide expert advice and financial modeling on business cases and opportunities.

    Formalize business plans, budgets, monthly reporting and forecasts in line with the group reporting formats and rhythm. Prepare annual budgets and long term strategic plans.

    Problem-solve at the highest level, analyze data and create variations to propose actions that achieve targets; advise on the impact of laws and regulations on business operations.

    Lead the Accounting and cash management process (AP/AR,) including tax and regulatory compliance; validate established internal controls and risk management frameworks, manage internal and external auditor relationships.

    Direct the IT organization with an eye on digital enhancements and continued advancement of ERP initiatives; serve as a Champion leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and insight generation through data across the organization.

    Mentor a diverse team and create a culture of collaboration, develop an organization strategy to ensure talent development and succession, be a great place to workMinimum Requirements & Desired Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    12+ years of progressive Finance experience, must have served as Finance leader at an executive level for standalone affiliate or business unit; multinational company experience highly desired.

    Desire to work in a dynamic but empowered environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
