Day To Day Responsibilities Taking ownership of issues escalated to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Building and Managing IT Infrastructure and Resources for the business Guiding and mentoring a small team Dealing directly with end-users and business stakeholders to support new Infrastructure technologies and services.

Integrate new business applications into the infrastructure environment with a focus towards continuous improvement and assist with implementation activities. Ensure process and procedures are developed implemented and maintained. Taking part in business/project meetings with Senior Management. Dealing with external technology and service providers for support requirements.
Key skills Tertiary qualification in IT and a business-related discipline. 7+ years- experience in developing and managing IT Support Lead role. Demonstrated leadership ability in a dynamic environment. Supportive and attitude Ability to independently manage Business IT requirements.
