    Apply todayWhat you will be doingUnder general direction of the Finance Manager, performs various financial analyses for US Pharma and Animal Health Center of Excellence as well as collaborates with business partners across the organization.

    Provides financial reporting to management to ensure operating expenses and capital expenditures are monitored and operational issues relative to finance are highlighted and addressed.

    Analyzes monthly divisional, regional and functional financial statements and operating expenses.
    Prepares monthly financial analysis and reports; financial statements; generates monthly forecasts.
    Prepares and monitors all capital expenditure requests and related expenditures.
    Analyzes operating expense components on a monthly basis and reports significant variances.
    Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.
    Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries.
    Assist with fiscal and long-range plan.
    Assist with monthly operating expense flash and variance commentary.
    Forecast and report operating expense activity.
    Update monthly forecasts in Hyperion to provide accurate forecast for expenses and capital expenditures.
    Collaborate with various Accounting and Finance functions during month close process.
    Assist with monthly business review presentations.
    Collaborate with Business Partners to ensure accurate forecasts, achieve financial goals, and assist with setting long-term strategies and initiatives.
    Collaborate with Commercial Finance to provide customer analysis as needed.
    Accounts payable
    • Review invoices and assist with tracking and coding to G/L account, obtain approvals and submit to corporate accounts payable office, .
    Payroll
    • Maintain employee headcount, transfers, terminations, new hires, and forecasts.
    Performs related duties as assigned.

    What your background should look likeRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

    Normally requires a minimum of four (4) to six (6) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

    Knowledge of various financial management areas such as credit and collection principles, commercial credit, uniform commercial code, financial statement analysis, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis.
