    Summary:
    Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager for their Homer City, Pennsylvania location.

    This focuses on utilizing Netsuite-Oracle software for a range of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end closing and financial reporting.

    Accounts payable tasks, including invoice management, purchase order accuracy, and banking reconciliation. This role involves collaborating with an accounting clerk for mentorship.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    Utilize Netsuite-Oracle software for accounting tasks, primarily focusing on accounts payable.
    Manage invoices, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and payments.
    Balance banking activities and reconcile accounts.
    Prepare monthly closing reports.
    Put together financial statements that will be presented/handed over to the owner.


    Educational Requirements :

    Minimum:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting


    Note:
    Experience with Netsuite-Oracle software strongly preferred but not required.
