    Description
    The Director HR Business Execution role will lead and manage our HRIS and Payroll functions.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR operations, possess strong analytical skills, and exhibit exceptional leadership abilities.

    In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of payroll programs while also managing the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and reporting.

    In this role you will continuously evaluate existing payroll and HRIS processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing areas for improvement.

    You will participate in strategic discussions to align HR operations with organizational goals, contributing insights and recommendations. This position reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer and is a member of the HR Leadership team.

    As the head of HR Business Execution, you will lead a team of HR professionals and ensure the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.

    Ensuring the efficient functioning within Workday of HR processes and workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and employee data management.

    Identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost-effective solutions
    Oversee operations by working closely with Human Resource Leaders and other teammates. Lead, mentor, and develop team responsible for various aspects of HR operations.
    Ensure the team is skilled, motivated, and aligned with HR and organizational goals.
    Be part of the HR leadership team. Play a critical role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy.

    You will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to HR departments, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that support our organization's goals.

    Leverage HR Data to provide actionable HR insights.
    Serve as the subject matter expert and industry leader in HR operations and HR employee experience

    Collaborate with other departments, business leaders, and external partners to understand their HR needs and align HR operations to support the organization's goals.

    Oversee compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize legal and compliance risks.
    Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

    Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.

    Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
    Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
    Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent)
    Workday Pro Certification
    The aptitude to understand the business's needs to influence strategic decisions and the ability to provide sophisticated advice and guidance
    Proactively build relationships and partnerships with leaders and team members to support strategy development, problem solving and execution.

    Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply data along with the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

    Ability to travel to travel to assigned business locations – 10% of the time
