- Counsel and advise individuals or groups with substance abuse problems
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
- Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties
- Facilitate strong topics to clients in a group setting
- Monitor and document group clients post session
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals
- Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Has an active BBS# and is either an AMFT, ACSW, APCC or higher
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Kipu experience, training is provided

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Group Therapist to join our team You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Schedule: The Group Therapist is expected to facilitate 4 groups a day Monday-Friday, with roughly 20 hours a week. Facility hours are between the hours of 9am-6pm.
Starting Period: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
