    WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY


    This position must have good facilitation skills, take objectives views, a high level of problem-solving skills, good organizational skills and able to advance maintenance solutions, training, development and be a source of technical reference at the operating plants.

    Required to interact with all operating groups as well as the Maintenance Department. A source of support for both the Operating groups as well as the Maintenance Department. Will be called upon to provide corrective action for repetitive problems as well as areas of abnormally high cost. Will have the ability to receive cross-functional support to assist with problem solving.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?


    Reference for training, operations, and maintenance of the cement plant equipment, including setup and commissioning, upkeep and maintenance, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, preventive, predictive, and selective techniques to improve reliability.

    Works with maintenance managers to develop the maintenance technical training plan and implements the plan together with maintenance departments.

    Analyzes data to determine mechanical problems, Including Vibration Analysis, Oils Analysis, NDT's, AAR's, Thermography, and Kiln Measurements.


    Recommends updates to existing plant maintenance and preventative maintenance systems; troubleshoots any equipment and/or machinery malfunctions to determine root cause(s) and develops corrective action plans.

    Improve plant operation by reviewing all reliability, productivity, and downtime reports to identify repetitive problems and develop solutions.

    Assist through best practices and justifications to obtain the funds for improvement projects within the maintenance departments.


    Assists in developing the treatment in the short, medium, and long term of equipment recognized in the group as being in critical condition.

    Participates and contributes to maintenance meetings and initiatives to work towards continuously improving maintenance KPIs.

    Ensure all personnel's safety by enforcing safe work practices.

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial fields or technical diploma with 7-10 years' experience in reliability.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing reliability
