    **Employer Accounts Data Entry Clerk**

    **Job Description:**

    Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers and data entry? If so, we are looking for an **Employer Accounts Data Entry Clerk** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing the Trust Fund's receivables and providing excellent customer service to our employers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process contribution remittance payments
    • Review accounts and process reconciliations
    • Perform standard customer service functions
    • Stay compliant with security and confidentiality policies as well as HIPAA and ERISA regulations

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of office work environment experience
    • Strong mathematical aptitude, knowledge in accounting or finance preferred
    • Experience in processing accounts receivables
    • Data entry/10-key proficiency
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Ability to prioritize workload
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications
    • Exceptional telephone skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Bilingual/Spanish a plus but not required
    • College degree preferred or relevant work experience
    • Ability to work in teams
