Arizona Sign Company is seeking a Production Manager for our full-service sign and graphics company in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities
Lead in-house sign production
Assist with sign installation, project management, and graphic design
Interface with coworkers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Accurately track production, inventory, and workflow using enterprise management software
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
Be available full-time, 40 hours per week
Ideal Qualifications
Entrepreneurial spirit
3+ years of hands-on sign-making experience
Large-format digital printing and RIP software experience
Color management and matching experience
Graphic design experience using Adobe Suite or similar software
Broad knowledge of sign installation e.g., surface applications, vehicle wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, substrates
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, outsource partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
Exceptional customer service and consultation skills (phone and in-person)
Willingness to learn new technologies, skills, and techniques
Sense of humor and the ability to have fun
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
AZ contractor license or similar certification may yield additional compensation
