- Quickly and fully executes leasing strategies directives to ensure proper presentation pricing and promotional activity
- Greet prospects tour market ready units qualify prospects determine needs motives and ability to rent execute necessary marketing plan drive prospect traffic accepts applications for residency submit completed paperwork collects deposits informs tenants of deposit policies completes all move-in details contacts residents days prior to lease expiration initiates renewals timely accurate reporting establishes friendly helpful working relationships with residents gain their loyalty promote resident referrals properly executes Company performance guidelines executes promotional markdown activity on a timely basis according Company guidelines directives ensures compliance Local State Federal employment laws including wage hour quickly fully implements directives from Company staff corporate headquarters maintains regular consistent attendance punctuality ensure essential duties fulfilled satisfactory level other duties may assigned as needed
