    Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Heart & Vascular Specialist



    Company: Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is seeking a highly skilled LVN.

    Work Location: 3142 Horizon Road, Suite 110, Rockwall, TX 75032
    Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
    Travel: 25% to Dallas clinic on Wednesdays for physician coverage at 8440 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, TX 75231

    Requirements:
    • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Upon Hire (required)
    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Practical Nursing Program (required)
    • 1 year of LVN experience (strongly preferred)
    • BCLS certification (strongly preferred)
    • Proficiency in basic nursing processes and healthcare technology
    • Familiarity with state nursing laws, practice guidelines, and clinic policies
    • Effective communication skills with staff and patients
    • Sound judgment and ability to handle emergency situations
    • Positive attitude and professionalism
    • Strong work ethic and efficient time management skills

    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver patient care following the LVN Process
    • Triage patient calls and communicate with the provider
    • Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients and families
    • Perform specific nursing care related to cardiology
    • Collect patient data, vital signs, and monitor treatment progress
    • Administer prescribed medications and document patient response
    • Prepare and maintain patient records
    • Other assigned duties
