- Provide ongoing support to guests, especially during challenging times.
- Assist residents with respect, honesty, and empathy.
- Complete necessary intake procedures for new guests.
- Develop individualized housing plans with participants.
- Offer holistic support to guests and assist in housing-related activities.
- Connect residents with community resources for sustainability.
- Provide housing counseling and budget training.
- Maintain documentation according to best practice standards.
- Facilitate community meetings and coordinate events for residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet guests' needs.
- Ensure guest confidentiality and adhere to program standards.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Mental Health.
- Minimum of three years experience in a relevant field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Licensure in Social Work, SUD, Psychology, or Counseling preferred.
- Ability to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated supervision and training skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and office operations.
- Dependable and flexible with working hours.
