    We are seeking someone with a passion for driving success through our people, processes and technology. You will join as an integral part of our team by pioneering best practices and innovative processes that further our brand and elevate our ways of working for content operations management. This will come to life by being a part of enabling operations at scale by maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.

    This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Production and Product.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

    • Support cross-functional collaboration by actively participating in the integration of new tools and the establishment of new processes, leveraging your enthusiasm and knowledge to contribute to their success.
    • Contribute to the evolution of our people, processes, and technology, assisting in the enablement of operations at scale and supporting automation initiatives.
    • Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment, fostering positive ways of working and teamwork.
    • Contribute to automation efforts by assisting in breaking down barriers between task and process ownership to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Assist in the delivery of content from test environments to production, ensuring attention to detail for smooth execution.
    • Participate in the evolution of content operations processes, best practices, and training documentation.
    • Proactively identify and address pain points, providing input for continual tool and process improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Production, and Product, to contribute to the achievement of campaign objectives.
    • Support the review of monthly and quarterly content reports, aiding in tracking performance, addressing content delivery issues, and suggesting optimizations.
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes that align with our brand, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in content operations.
    • Facilitate clear communication channels across departments and with clients, working closely with Account Management.
    • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships based on trust, success, and executional excellence.
    • Provide thoughtful advice on project changes or potential recommendations for meeting deadlines.
    • Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and management of content operations tools, and support training and rollout when needed.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business or a related field is preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital content management / maintenance, digital ad-ops, technology operations is preferred
    • Demonstrated hands-on experience with digital content assets and web-based content management systems.
    • Familiarity with various CMS systems.
    • Exposure to working in a multi-team or multi-vendor environment.
    • Previous exposure to Marketing Operations, digital retail, or product development is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Ability to collaborate with product managers, product owners, and developers/engineers in an agile environment.
    • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, and Smartsheet.
    • Experience in testing and rolling out new functionality in QA/UAT testing environments.
    • Understanding of yield management, with troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills to meet performance demands.
    • Quick adaptability and willingness to evolving with new technology and tools.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Developing skills in building relationships with clients and co-workers, demonstrating diplomacy, strategic thinking, and clear communication.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to escalate scope creep when necessary.
