Under general supervision assists in delivery of primary health patient care management interviews patients to obtain necessary personal demographic financial information identification performs routine clerical secretarial administrative work in answering telephones receiving public providing customer assistance data processing computer data entry record keeping tasks related to patients registration within registration areas assists with flow of patients from waiting area to exam rooms perform preparatory work on patients ensuring efficient use of physicians time experience medical terminology practice management systems preferred
