    We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef in St. Cloud, MN. This individual will hold responsibility for the entire culinary operation, providing top-quality food for the restaurant, banquets, and special events. This position will service a full-service upscale casual concept that offers a wide variety of banquets, special events, and private dining. This position is poised for tremendous growth and offers an excellent stepping stone into an amazing organization.

    Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annual base salary + 100% paid Health Insurance Premiums

    Executive Chef Responsibilities:

    • Daily operations of a high-volume kitchen
    • Hire, train, supervise, and develop a culinary team
    • Manage food costs, budgets, schedules, and inventory
    • Develop elevated menus for banquets and special events
    • Enforce protocols for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

    Executive Chef Requirements:

    • 3+ years of high-volume culinary management experience
    • Ability to manage & oversee a large-scale kitchen
    • Interact directly with guests daily
    • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
    • Culinary Degree preferred
