Senior role where the candidate has interacted directly with client (consulting) or Sr Mgmt. (in-house) projects and can prepare the detailed project scenarios for Business as well as Technical team.
Manufacturing domain is plus
Someone who has worked on Oracle ERP, SAP, Salesforce anyone of them hands-on
Adept in technical architecture and data flows – should have dashboard/analytical experience in build/maintain apart from MS Office tools.
Should have relevant experience of 5-7+ yrs as this role needs client interactions once onboarded, check on the communication/articulation.

Interviewer should identify business scenarios and ask the candidate on how they would prepare a project plan or strategy document for the client.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, enabling effective decision-making and process improvement.

Your primary focus will be on analysing operations, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and drive system enhancements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of data, processes, systems, and operations to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed business process models, workflows, and diagrams to facilitate effective communication and solution design.
Evaluate existing systems, tools, and technologies, identifying gaps and proposing enhancements or replacements where necessary.
Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure effective implementation of technology solutions.
Lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring that developed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for systems, addressing issues, and driving timely resolution.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the domain, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, quality assurance, and finance, to identify opportunities for process integration and optimization.

Support change management initiatives by assisting in training sessions, creating user documentation, and facilitating user adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience in the Data/BI projects in any cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) subject area with clear understanding of End-to-End Data/BI processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Proficient in business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, Vision).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is desirable.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., any BI).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to adapt to new domain areas if necessary.
